Photogrammetric techniques are widely used to represent the characteristics of historical buildings in digital environment closest way reality. Terrestrial photogrammetric methods have needed different alternatives recent years produce 3D models that offer high In years, producing point data with Laser Scanner (TLS), Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) images, and alternative such as Simultaneous Localization Mapping (SLAM) algorithm has become popular. Also, explore integration automatic algorithms Iterative Closest Point (ICP) terms accuracy. this research, Dokuz Historical Bridge was produced using aligning automatically ICP algorithm. The assessment been done results combined time both UAV-TLS UAV-SLAM procedures, spatial accuracy determined 2.8cm 4cm, respectively, 46cm 12cm procedures ICP. As a result, operators better findings, especially research including coordinate transform.
